The #MeToo Movement; Updates, Proposed Legislation, and What Lawyers Need to Know to Advise Their Clients.

Susan moderated a fascinating discussion about the latest updates in the #MeToo movement. Speakers Jennifer Reisch, of Equal Rights Advocates, and Journalist and Filmmaker, Bernice Yeung, provided updates on legislation and advised practitioners about developments in the areas of sexual harassment, wage disparity and the under-served worker community.

The program was hosted by the Marin County Bar Assn. Written materials and more information can be found at www.marinbar.org
