Susan is scheduled to co-present to the Bar Association of San Francisco on successful mediation strategies. CLE eligible program will be geared to litigators in the personal injury and employment fields with specific tips for these practice areas. All phases of the mediation process will be discussed, with practical advice to litigators who are new to mediation.
