Pepperdine University School of Law; Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution

June 21-23, 2018

Susan completed the Advanced Skills Training Program with a group of experienced mediators and other dispute resolution professionals. The program provided valuable tools and insights into the psychology behind conflict and resolution. Knowing more about why certain people think and act as they do better equips a mediator to customize the approach best suited to each case and to the particular individuals involved.
